One of the newest entrants into Flagstaff''s fine-dining scene is this trendy spot downtown. The sophisticated, modern comfort food caters to local professionals as well as foodies from out of town. Try the hot-and-sour meatballs or slow-roasted pork spareribs for starters. Signature entrees include juniper-cured venison with blue cheese grits and a grownup, Southwestern take on mac 'n' cheese, with spicy jalapeno and duck-leg confit. For cocktails and lighter fare (or if the wait for restaurant seating is lengthy), check out the sister bar next door, The Annex—it's just as hip and delicious.
