Fodor's Review:

Try to arrive midweek to secure one of the popular national-forest campsites in Oak Creek Canyon. These neighboring campgrounds are the only two in the canyon to accept RVs as well as tents, but there are no hookups. The sites are near or next to Oak Creek, and at 5,500 feet in elevation, the summer nights are pleasantly cool.
