You might not expect to find sophisticated cooking in Cornville, 6 miles east of Cottonwood, but a European-born chef prepares Continental and German fare here, using organic produce and locally raised meat whenever possible. Specialties include wild game such as alligator and buffalo. Shrimp scampi and lamb shank in burgundy sauce are beautifully presented; and the sauerbraten and Weiner schnitzel don't disappoint. A lower-priced light menu is also available.
