Canyon Star Restaurant and Saloon
Canyon Star Restaurant and Saloon Review
Relax in the rustic timber-and-stone dining room at the Grand Hotel for reliable if uninspired American food, with an emphasis at dinner on steaks and barbecue. Other popular options include barbecue chicken and ribs, and Mexican fare. Most nights there's entertainment: live guitar or banjo music year-round, and Native American dancers in summer—all great for families. There's a kids' menu, and the Canyon Star also serves breakfast and lunch daily. In summer, be sure to reserve a table at dinner. There's also a coffee bar in the hotel lobby.
