Rail cars, cabooses, and cottages make up this 13-acre property on the outskirts of Williams. The best room is the 1929 Santa Fe red caboose ($121): It's family-friendly, with two sides separated by a bathroom, giving parents a little privacy. The original wooden floor and tool equipment add to the authenticity. The other caboose looks much like a standard hotel room inside, as do the flagstone cottage rooms built from the local sandstone known for its variegated colors. A Pullman passenger car ($105) holds three rooms (rail-car suites), each with their own bathroom. The motel also has a few dry campsites (no water available) and a 47-space RV park with full hookups, opened in 2006. Guests have access to hiking, horseshoes, and a playground.
