Homemade pies and local microbrews from Sedona, Flagstaff, and Tucson brighten the menu of standard fare -- omelets, salads, burgers, salmon, and prime rib -- at this basic restaurant.

My wife and I ate here on the first night of our Grand Canyon Vacation. The Prime Rib we ordered smelled like a toilet and was inedible. The service was slow and rude, and they charged us for the full meal, even though we ate less than 5% of the food. We refused to pay for the prime rib, which they VERY reluctantly agreed to take off the bill. We were still charged for the sides, (potato, etc). The attitude seems to be that they don't need to provide good food/service, because you will only be there a day or two and then the next unsuspecting customers will show up.
There are a lot of other options in Tusayan; don't waste your money here.

This was the worst experience of our whole 10 day vacation! The food (if that's what you want to call it) was absolutely awful and over priced!!! The host that seated us was rude, acted like he was doing us a favor. The coffee was so strong it could have walked away on its own. The coleslaw was chopped up LETTUCE with watered down sauce on it. The food was cold and the steaks were tough (now I know what they do with the old horses!) When asked how our meal was, my husband told the waitress it was the worst food we've ever had (because we couldn't eat it), but nothing was done to correct the situation. I can't believe my husband actually paid for the meal!
