Pumpkin-color walls, light streaming through tall front windows, and a playful collection of Italian posters add to the appeal of this fine Tuscany-inspired bistro. The menu encompasses enticing appetizers, salads, sandwiches, calzones, and pizzas throughout the day, along with oven-roasted chicken, fresh seafood, pork loin, and other fare in the evening. If you're in a hurry, just get a giant slice of the thin-crust cheese pizza to go for $5. You can order meals at the
bar, where there is a great wine selection, and there's always something decadent for dessert.

After three other groups were seated in front of us that came AFTER us, I went into check what was going on. The owner/hostess didn't even let me say anything and told me our table was ready. After sitting down (and let me remind you that I never once said anything to her) she slapped the menus down in front of us, and turned to me and sarcastically asked if I would like to do her job. She continued on that I "obviously would do a better job than
her". This all happened, I am assuming, because I came in to ask why we had been passed up three times! I was in complete disbelief that I was being approached like that. Both my girlfriend and I started saying that we could not believe how rude she was, etc. She said we could get out of her restaurant ... WHAT!?!?! We walked out and made sure that others knew of the treatment we had received on our way out. We also let her know that we would make every attempt to let others know about the horrible service. Adding insult to injury, she followed me out to the car. She then completely changed her tone and apologized. She said that the family that had been seated in front of us had a diabetic child and they needed to be seated before us! Are you f?#!ing kidding me? I pulled the insulin pen out of my pocket and waved it in her face. I hope she felt like an idiot! I could go on and on about the specific details of the encounter, but I won't. Just know that the owner of this restaurant is an evil person, and is not deserving of your money. Never underestimate the power of a vengeful customer, Lisa!

We'd heard so much about this place, we decided to give it a try. I've never sent food back at a restaurant but had to here. I ordered steak tips rare. What I received was so overcooked and tough that you really could not eat it. I told the waitress that it was too well done -- I had ordered rare. She told me that because it was cooked on skewers, they could not control how well done it was cooked. It was so tough though that I could not eat
it. After another 45 minutes she brought me an order of black cod. It was slimy and undercooked. Everyone was done with their meals by then so we just left. A very disappointing experience.
