Fodor's Review

Under new ownership and with a complete facelift, this waterfront hotel with a great sun deck looking out over the water is back to being the beauty she used to be. With fabulous views of the harbor, and tastefully decorated rooms, the Boardwalk has many of the simple amenities found in an urban hotel, but with a cozy B&B feel. The new owners, lifelong Alaskans Jeremiah and Angela Campbell, included a new kitchen in the renovation so the hotel now serves lunch and

dinner, and there's a lounge where they serve craft beer and fine wine.
