Cons

Fodor's Review

This fly-in lodge on a remote shore of northeastern Prince William Sound offers a range of vacation activities, including hiking, bird-watching, wildlife viewing, and great silver salmon fishing (August 20–September 15). You can also go halibut fishing, take a helicopter flight, or join boat trips on a converted commercial fishing boat. The delicious prepared meals include fresh-caught seafood and fresh garden greens. Lodging price does not include the $200–$300 (round-trip) air taxi to the lodge.
