Fodor's Review:

True to its name, Ray's has views of the bay and a small-boat harbor. Sea otters and sea lions have been known to swim right past the large picture windows. Seafood is the specialty; the seafood chowder is a must-try. The walls are lined with stuffed and mounted fish so you can point to your order.
