Fodor's Review:

Enjoy spectacular views of the Chugach Mountains from the solarium and from the hot tub on the tiered deck at this quiet, rustic retreat. This woodcrafter's house has vaulted cedar ceilings and skylights. The hand-built wood-fired sauna is perfect for relaxing in after a hike or ski along nearby trails. Breakfast includes sourdough pancakes with homemade wild-berry sauces. A two-bedroom suite sleeps five comfortably, and occupants of the Forest Room can also rent the adjoining Loft Room for the kids.
