A high-rise by local standards, the seven-story Goldbelt is one of Juneau's better lodging places, with decent (if somewhat overpriced) rooms with basic amenities. Waterside rooms on the upper level have views across Gastineau Channel, and some rooms have king-size beds. Zen, the restaurant adjacent to the hotel, offers an Asian fusion menu; and Jaded, the adjoining bar, has one of Juneau's best wine lists and live music on weekends.
