McKinley/Denali Salmon Bake

Fodor's Review:

Fresh salmon tops the menu at this rustic building, which looks as if it might blow away in a stiff wind, but is one of the oldest buildings in the developed strip north of the park entrance known locally as Glitter Gulch. Steaks, burgers, and chicken are also available, and breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served. It's 1 mi north of the park entrance; shuttle service is provided to area hotels.
