Sushi & Sushi

Sushi & Sushi Review

Since Alaskans are shameless fish snobs there's no shortage of fantastic sushi joints in town, but Sushi & Sushi consistently swims to the top. The salmon nigiri and sashimi taste like they just landed in the net. The menu's 101 rolls include artfully presented mainstays like lobster crunch and California rolls, as well as options like the ginja roll stuffed with barbecued eel tempura and topped with spicy tuna, and the ceviche roll with four kinds of fish, chili sauce, and cilantro. Tempura and teriyaki options abound for any sushi haters in your party. Singles can chat up the friendly kitchen staff at the bar and, if it's a weekend, will most likely get roped into a sake bomb.
