A view across Cook Inlet to Sleeping Lady and other mountains is a bonus at this small inn on the edge of downtown. New owners remodeled in 2006, and the rooms offer a simple yet elegant ambience. A hearty Continental breakfast is served in the comfortable living room, and a dozen good restaurants (including several of Alaska's finest) are within ten minutes' walk. Profuse gardens grace the property. The 11-mi Coastal Trail is just down the hill.

Excellent experience! Beautiful accomodations, terrific personal touches. Was only there one night on business but I wish I could have stayed longer. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends and family.
