Anchorage's trendiest sushi restaurant serves customary Japanese fare along with a huge variety of traditional and creative sushi rolls. Concoctions like the Alaska Roll with salmon, cooked shrimp, cream cheese, green onion, avocado, and asparagus, or the Kenai Roll, featuring crispy squid tempura, cream cheese, salmon, and radish sprouts in a sweet glaze are what make Peter's unique and popular.

Peter's Sushi Spot burned to the ground last year and has not been rebuilt.
