This is one of the oldest and best Chinese restaurants in Alaska. Although it's surrounded by fast-food spots and gas stations, when you step inside Fu Do, the flame-red Chinese wallpaper and lanterns, ultra-friendly staff, and Asian music take you to another continent. All the standards are available, including beef with oyster sauce, kung pao chicken, sweet-and-sour pork, and various vegetable entrées. Portions are enormous and include soup, kimchi, rice, egg roll, and tea. Lunch specials are an even better deal, and free delivery is offered if you don't want to leave your hotel.
