$-$$, Canadian, Whistler and Blackcomb
Fodor's Review:
Copper accents and soft lighting accentuate the open-concept show kitchen, and a hip crowd of thirtysomethings mixed in with jet-setting families with young children occupy the comfy suede banquettes and booths. The soothing sounds of a cascading water wall can be heard in the background. The draw here is locally inspired small plates perfect for sharing. Steamed Salt Spring Island mussels with lemongrass, Kaffir lime, and coconut green curry are yummy, as is roasted duck breast with a honey-soy glaze. The Belgian chocolate mousse pyramid is the perfect way to end a day on the slopes. They're open for breakfast, too.
