Fodor's Review:
Described as the land "behind the tweed curtain," this self-consciously British area (with its own municipal hall) is home to such theme-y businesses as the Penny Farthing Pub and the Blethering Place tearoom, as well as plenty of sweet shops, bookshops, and antiques stores, most behind mock-Tudor facades.
