Fodor's Review:
Even the most hard to please will be thrilled by the tasting menus here, which might include poached asparagus with lobster foam or Alberta lamb rib eye with wild leeks and morels. The menu crisscrosses Canada, with wood-burning oven-roast whole fish, short ribs of beef, and strip steak. The kitchen is peerless and the front of the house functions like a fine Swiss watch. Special touches include a champagne trolly and purse stools for the ladies. A huge iron chandelier serves as the focal point in one of the city's most beautifully balanced rooms.
