Hôtel La Ferme Review
For something more luxurious than the standard sleepy inns of Baie-St-Paul, try this hotel, by the group behind Le Massif ski resort. Opened in 2012, it consists of five distinct pavilions housing rooms in various styles, including lofts and dormitories. Riders of the Massif train can get there via the on-location train station, and packages are available that include both the train fare and overnight stay. A high emphasis is placed on style: interior design, different in every pavilion, marries clean lines and splashes of color with oversize prints that draw from the region's pastoral past. The hotel's three eateries spotlight local cuisine fresh from la ferme (the farm).
