Spa Eastman Review
The oldest spa in Québec has evolved from a simple health center into a bucolic haven for anyone seeking rest and therapeutic treatments, including lifestyle and weight-management counseling. Surrounded by 350 acres of rolling, wooded land 15 km (9 miles) west of Magog, the spa itself is an elegant, simple structure that brings to mind the calm of a Japanese garden. Some bedrooms have fireplaces, large balconies, and views of Mont-Orford. Vegetarian dishes, prepared with organic ingredients and produce from the chef's garden, are predominant in the dining room. The assortment of meat dishes accompanied by interesting herbs and sauces, is also organic and from local farms.
