Although this restaurant is connected to a standard chain hotel, inside there's an elegant, spacious dining room with a view of the Pierre Laporte Bridge. Chefs Yvon Godbout and Bernard St. Pierre serve a constantly rotating table d'hôte, going out of their way to use seasonal products. The house specialty is salmon, but veal and other fresh fish are staples, along with the occasional lamb dish.
