Book NowHôtel Clarendon Review
Built in 1870, the Clarendon is the oldest operating hotel in Québec City, and it's been refurbished in art deco and art nouveau styles, most notably in the public areas. Owned by the notable local Groupe Dufour, some guest rooms have period touches, and some are more modern. Half the rooms have excellent views of Old Québec; the others overlook a courtyard. The loungy Le Charles-Baillairgé Restaurant is more contemporary in terms of decor and cuisine than its predecessor, L'Emprise. Small jazz duos perform on weekends.
