Hôtel du Vieux Québec Review

Visiting students make tracks to this award-winning hotel, with its signature red roof and stone walls. It's nicely situated at the end of rue St-Jean, surrounded by stores and attached to Les Frères de la Côte Restaurant ($), a lively bistro serving great lunch and dinner. Rooms in this friendly hotel are spread over three floors, plus the newest suite in the half-basement, with a king bed and huge flat-screen television. Also popular is the "superior room" with two queen beds and an exposed brick wall. Mingle in the small but lovely lobby library, where a vast slection of more than 400 DVDs is available (popcorn provided too), or take a free walking tour in English or French in summer.
