Le Toast! is the talk of the town. This very chic, very intimate restaurant is in Le Priori hotel on Sault-au-Matelot. Dine under mod light fixtures set against stone and brick walls on big plates of milk-fed piglet, rabbit stuffed with blood sausage, or lobster risotto. All the tasty bites at Le Toast! are now served as appetizers for C$15 (except the foie gras), so mix and match or share to make a full meal. A secret garden terrace removes all street noise out back, perfect for meeting friends for cocktails or relaxing.
