Le Toast! is the talk of the town. This very chic, very intimate restaurant is in Le Priori hotel on Sault-au-Matelot. It's where time stands still. Visit the Web site for a peek at the inside, the menus, and the extensive wine list. Taste vegetable and red curry imperial rolls, and poached eggs with Sir Laurier cheese and ham, or goat cheese and salmon, on Sunday's brunch menu (available 10 AM-2 PM). Note that e-mail reservations take 48 hours to be processed.
