This former office building exudes a quiet elegance with stained-glass windows, two fireplaces, and a tiny wood-lined corner bar in the lobby. At the restaurant in back, you can dine around the open kitchen or on the mezzanine.Wood furniture fills the modern rooms, most of which are decorated in blue and beige. The least expensive standard rooms face an office building. The best views are from rooms at the front, overlooking Place d'Youville. The washing machine and dryer are a rarity in downtown Québec hotels.

Spent 3 nights at this hotel and enjoyed it tremendously. Room was "tight" but extended bath and shower areas made stay very comfortable. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Always pleasant and willing to help. Location is excellent-plaza in front of hotel lead directly to St Jean's Gate and entrance to walled city. In addition, downtown area, filled with great cafes, bistros and night life were a short 10-15 minute walk away.
