With its homey furnishings, basic but cheery rooms, and reasonable rates, this serviceable central hotel attracts many teachers and travelers who can't bring themselves to stay in a hostel. The two 1830 houses forming this hotel are opposite the wall enclosing Upper Town, only a short walk from Lower Town. Rooms at the front have a view of the port. On the fourth floor, 10 rooms contain sinks and share bathrooms and a TV.
