Centre Info-Touriste, on Square Dorchester, has extensive tourist information on Montréal and the rest of the province of Québec, as well as a currency-exchange service and Internet café. It's open June through early September, daily 8:30-7:30, and early September through May, daily 9-6. The Vieux-Montréal branch is open daily 9-7 between June and September and is otherwise opened Wed.-Sun. 9-5 with a one-hour lunch break 1-2.

The city tourist office doesn't operate an information service for the public, but its Web site has a wealth of well organized information.
