Park Review

Sustainable, organic, and fresh every day is the philosophy chef Antonio Park prides himself on when it comes to sushi. The menu is eclectic, with excellent sushi, noodles, and Japanese dishes mixed with a variety of influences from all over the world. You can leave the inspiration to the chef and opt for a tasting menu—the lunch version is C$50; dinner starts at C$65. Bibimbap, a Korean dish of multigrain rice, poached egg, vegetables, and tofu, is an excellent choice. Brunch standouts include a homemade kimchi BLT on focaccia bread.
