Carnivores take note—this Brazilian restaurant could be your favorite meal in Montréal. There's a bit of pageantry to the service: Staff circle the tables with grilled meats on a sword and you signal if you want more by showing the green side of a token (or if you're ready to fold, flip the red side up). The room gets louder as the evening progresses and if you're lucky, the resident dancers will come around and show you how to move those hips. Don't wait too long to flip your token or you'll be too full for the grilled pineapple with cinnamon, a perfect sweet ending to the evening.
