Rotisserie Panama

Fodor's Review:

Some of the best grilled meat in Montréal is what attracts big, noisy crowds to the Rotisserie Panama. The chicken and crispy lamb chops are excellent, as is the roasted baby lamb served on weekends, but if you're really feeling adventurous, order the kokoretsi (organ meats wrapped in intestines and grilled on a spit) or soupa patsas, a full-flavored tripe soup. The prices won't empty your wallet.
