Crudessence
Crudessence Review
Hippies and health nuts rejoiced at the opening of this casual, raw-food counter near Jeanne Mance Park. Open for lunch and dinner, Crudessence promises that its tasty tamales, curry roles, spring rolls, and zucchini lasagna are organic, vegetarian, and raw. Sit at the recycled wooden bar and sip smoothies made of sesame or almond milk, or sit at one of the new tiny bistro tables and munch on burgers, falafels, or cheesecake. If the weather is nice, take a chair on the newly-expanded patio and watch circus practice in the park.
