Au Bistro Gourmet

Au Bistro Gourmet Review

After a devastating fire, locals were worried it would renovate beyond recognition. Not so. Small and cozy with an older clientele, Au Bistro Gourmet is still where you go for a quiet meal with visiting relatives. It's usually so packed that service can be slow, especially on weekends. But that's because the food is worth the wait. Try Chef Gabriel Ohana's house specialties: flank steak and rack of lamb with herbs.

Our food had small pieces of porcelain from a broken plate. We could not eat it; when we reported it to the owner he said "these things happen" and left without any concern for us. It was outrageous and arrogant. STAY AWAY. Find a place that might care a little about its customers. Who knows what else happens in the kitchen!
