Le Centre Sheraton Review

Full of conventioneers and hockey fans, the lobby bar is also a magnet for local businesspeople grabbing a drink before heading home to the suburbs. The morning crowd shares newspapers at the in-house Starbucks café. If that's not your idea of a holiday, stay away, but if you don't mind the action, the location is right in the heart of downtown. Rooms were resuscitated recently with brown leather headboards, connectivity panels, white duvets and huge mirrors. Since rooms start on the seventh floor, everyone has a decent view of the the mountain or the St. Lawrence River. The French bistro in the lobby, Le Boulevard, has excellent but pricey burgers.
