Despite the name—which translates as "Hunting and Fishing Club"—this isn't a hangout for the local gun-and-rod set. On the contrary, it's an ironic reference to the wood-and-leather decor that Chef Claude Pelletier and co-owner Hubert Marsolais inherited from the previous owners. Impeccable service and top-notch ingredients have made this a consistent favorite with the city's serious foodies. Try the decadent dish of seared scallops, foie gras, and suckling piglet with risotto, or the fritto misto with snow crab, avocado, and edible nasturtium flowers.
