Bifteck Review
Throughout the 1990s this no-frills Plateau nightspot was the center of the indie music scene and a choice location for those looking to mingle with visiting rock stars. Although not quite as vibrant as it was in its heyday, the Bif, as it's often called, still packs 'em in most nights with a clientele comprised of beer-guzzling university students and local rock musicians.
