Kaizen
Kaizen Review
If you like a little drama with your sushi, Kaizen's black-clad waitresses, floor-to-ceiling blue curtains, and glassed-in wine cellar certainly add a dash of theater to dinner. It's a buzz-filled place that attracts the kind of well-dressed patrons who can't bear to leave their cell phone and Blackberry at home. After 10 pm, there's a new late-night menu for $22, while the Omakase (chef's choice) menus ($75 and up) attract the adventurous.
