Aix Cuisine du Terroir Review

Planters of fresh flowers and semicircular banquettes provide a little privacy for couples sharing the seven-hour braised lamb with hashed fingerling potatoes, or the elk tartar. The crowd is made up of foodies pursuing dishes made with local products, and a great lunchtime menu starting at C$16 also attracts office workers in the area. In the summertime, the magnetic pull of raspberry mojitos and lychee martinis give guests the fortitude to trek up to the rooftop terrace. Brunch is available weekends from 11 to 3.
