Be careful; stepping into Om's saffron-scented calm from the noise and tumult of boulevard St-Laurent is startling enough to give you the bends. Walls the color of the Dalai Lama's robes provide the backdrop for such traditional Tibetan dishes as momos (beef, shrimp, or cheese dumplings), churu (soup with blue cheese and lamb), and the fiery and sweet chicken chili. There's also an extensive list of Indian dishes, like curry lamb and butter chicken.
