Rosalie's long blond-wood bar and tubular steel chairs are all very trendy, but it's the big terrasseout front that draws the crowds on late summer afternoons. The thirtysomething professionals who pour in after work for a martini or two often stay for an early supper before heading out on the town. Try the roast chicken with a white-wine sauce or, for something simpler, what is perhaps the best steak-frites in town.

Very disappointed with this restaurant. This is a restaurant for people who just want to seen, not for those hoping to enjoy fine french cuisine. You'll a lot of chic people with popped collars who look like they just emptied half a bottle of hair gel on their head, which is fine. However, it was very overpriced for what it offers. The atmosphere is...trendy, but the food is not very good and the portions are ridiculously small. I'm past that point in my life where I think it's cool to spend a lot of money on tiny, pretty portions. I ordered a salmon dish. My initial reaction when it was placed in front of me was to laugh. The same was true with the cheese and fruit platter and the beef tartar. Although my friend thought the tartar tasted good. The only thing I enjoyed was the salad.
