Fodor's Review:

The oldest public square in Montréal, dating to the 17th century, was a market during the French regime and later became a Victorian garden. The neoclassical Vielle Douane (Old Customs House) on its south side serves as the gift shop for the Musée d'Archéologie et d'Histoire Pointe-à-Callière.
