The team behind Montréal's famous Toqué! restaurant introduced this see-and-be-seen brasserie in the heart of downtown, which is an excellent spot to eat at before or after a show at Place des Arts. A wall of windows keeps things bright and it's an excellent vantage point for looking out over the many festivals that take place in the neighborhood. The seafood platters are popular for sharing but if the salmon tartare (a must-order) is on the menu, you might want to keep that all to yourself. The cured meats are made in-house and are also a favorite for sharing. A terrace is open when the weather's nice.
