Fodor's Review

Behind a freestanding facade (the remains of a burned-out historic building) is one of the best alfresco dining areas in the city. Like an enchanted forest, the tree-shaded terrace draws crowds to sip strawberry-infused Caipi-Saké or glasses of Kir Royal. The patio tables fill up quickly, but a huge glass wall looking out onto the patio and sidewalk lets diners inside feel like they're outdoors, too. The cheese menu focuses on local offerings and the market-fresh classics, from tartare to duck, fish, and lamb, are extensive. There's even a vegan plate on the menu. Note that children and minors are not allowed to dine inside the restaurant, although they're welcome on the terrace until 8 pm if accompanied by an adult. Hours are limited in the winter; calling ahead is advised.
