Horseshoe Tavern

Fodor's Review:

Since 1947, this has been known across the city as the tavern with entertainment, especially country music. Charlie Pride, Tex Ritter, Hank Williams, and Loretta Lynn all played here. Now the music is mostly alternative rock, along with some live roots, blues, and rockabilly. Good new bands perform here six nights a week. No food is served, but there's plenty of booze.
