Just off of King Street in the boutique Hôtel Le Germain, Victor exudes an easy cool, with plate-glass walls, wood plank floors, and just the right amount of black leather. The kitchen also contributes to the hip factor, with former Top Chef Canada contestant David Chrystian at the helm. His Toronto Tasting menu is inspired by the city's various ethnic neighborhoods; order à la carte or indulge in the full seven-course tasting menu. Regular dishes do playful twists on international standards, like the sushi pizza with sashimi, lobster salad, and avocado. But if you just want to take in the buzzy atmosphere, swing by to enjoy a drink in the swanky lounge.
