Café Boulud

Updated 09/24/2013

Fodor's Review

Nestled in tony and fabulous Yorkville, Café Boulud, spearheaded by world-renown restaurateur Daniel Boulud, occupies the coveted dining room of the Four Seasons Toronto. Art lovers can study Andy Warhol-esque paintings by Mr. Brainwash and gourmands can savor the beautiful dishes crafted by executive chef Tyler Shedden. The menu, split into four sections, invites exploration. Classic French dishes like foie gras represent the Traditional portion of the menu, whereas

appetizers like a decadent duck egg mark the Seasonal menu; Korean beef tartare highlights the Asian portion; and sweet corn risotto brings the Garden to light. It's the culinary equivalent of Choose Your Own Adventure all with a delicious conclusion.
