Cold Tea Review
Located in the heart of Kensington Market and just a stone's throw from the heart of Chinatown, Cold Tea has an intimate, but rowdy bar scene and cozy back patio. It's also the place to go for late night dancing. Rotating DJs play everything from hip-hop and funk to rock and electronic (Wednesday to Sunday nights). A clear nod to its neighborhood, cocktail clammering dance fans can order dim sum from a cart at the bar's entrance; Sunday BBQs feature guest chefs. There is no phone number, website, or sign so be sure to ask locals if you are having a hard time finding the place. You literally have to march off the beaten path to find this night spot, which—truth be told—is part of its charm.
