Skin and Bones
Skin and Bones Review
The name is a coy indicator of the playful atmosphere offered up at this East End wine bar and restaurant—Skin refers to grape skins and the owners' passion for wine and Bones refers to the menu's focus on meat-centric dishes. There are anywhere from 120–150 bottles on the wine list at any given time with a rotating selection of at least 40 bottles available by the glass. Opened in late 2012, this has quickly become the perfect spot for oenophiles to spend an evening discovering a few new vintages.
