Provence Delices

Provence Delices Review

With a potbellied stove and a delightful summer patio, this French-style villa has been a Cabbagetown landmark since 1980. Classics like French marinated herring, cassoulet of pork shoulder, sausage, and duck confit, as well as global flavors like shiitake scallop and shrimp risotto can all be enjoyed here. If classic Provençal fish soup appeals, this is the place to try it. Duck confit with olive sauce is crisp and juicy at the same time. Authentic patisserie, including tarte tatin, with caramelized apples and a buttery crust, makes a fine ending.
